compile & install

Xopt

• Download or clone from github.
• read INSTALL file and set compiler in Makefile
• run make and copy binary xopt to a location declared in $PATH.

xopt.pgrad

• enter pgrad/ and modify the Makefile for an openmpi compilation
• run make and copy binary xopt.pgrad to a location declared in $PATH.

optional

• setup up the $HOME/.xoptrc file for customization
